I dolci greci e ancor di più quelli mediorientali strabordano di miele...il malto lo trovo anch&amp;#39;io un ottimo sostituto se proprio si vuole evitare il miele ma in alcune preparazioni (sto pensando alla baklava!) togli il miele ed ecco che il risultato non è esattamente lo stesso. Sicuramente sarà squisita anche la baklava al malto (e burro vegetale!?), si può provare... Ci sono  piatti/cibi in cui l&amp;#39;ingrediente in questione è talmente caratterizzante che la sostituzione non regge (pensiamo anche  a quelli tipici italiani, che pur essendo vegetariani puoi ragionarci quanto vuoi ma non sono veganizzabili).
