Si, us...</title><content type='html'>Cioè mi vuoi dire che sei già in ferie? :((&lt;br /&gt;Si, uso questo metodo anche per la frolla o per qualunque altro biscotto o impasto &amp;quot;secco&amp;quot;... la figata è che ovviamente si può usare qualunque olio, anche un buon evo ;)&lt;br /&gt;L&amp;#39;unica cosa a cui badare, parlando di impasti che non contengono uova perlomeno, è di mescolare quest&amp;#39;emulsione con lo zucchero, mescolare bene e solo dopo unire gli altri ingredienti: la lecitina contenuta nel latte di soia aiuta zucchero e olio, che normalmente si detestano, a rimanere uniti.
